Realites Client: Ohwee Website: realites.com Date: 2016 Services: Front-End Front-end development of the real-estate website Realites, with a dedicated mobile version to optimize images loading on smartphones. Mobile We used a dedicated mobile version of the website in order to improve loading times, and have a graceful experience, optimized for all devices. Special features Google Maps We used a fully custom Google Maps to display items on the map, using clusters to group items, and custom info window with slider to switch between them. The view also displays item cards in the sidebar to help locating each item on the map. Popins We used homemade popins to have full control on animation and display. It allowed us to have tabs in popins, so the user can easily switch between contact methods and be quickly in touch with Realites and have detailed information about a property. Google Places In order to help the user having detailed information about a property and its neighborhood, we used Google Places. It helps locate nearby services like stores, hospital, schools, and indicates how to get to the property.
